Our Services

BFA offers a variety of services, ranging from initial analysis and conceptual planning to testing and checkout.  We have grouped those services into four general disciplines, as follow;
Analysis - Review and evaluate the client's needs and desires, including present assets and capabilities, and recommend the most cost effective and appropriate sites, teams and technology solutions to meet those needs.  Assess existing operations to evaluate workflow, viability and efficiency, both in terms of equipment and personnel.
Design - Working either directly with the client, or as part of a design team, create programs and plans to meet the needs and expectations within budget and time limits.  We provide practical, real world solutions, with an eye towards operability by personnel, while maximizing return on investment.
Oversight - Manage project progress, coordinate with other design professionals, interface with contractors and support client personnel in migration to the new facility.  We are the client's eyes and ears on the progress of the work, balancing project progress with costs and schedule.
Implementation - Ensure that the client receives the full value of the investment in the completed project, and that all expectations are met. Assist the client in operational matters, including staffing requirements, qualifications and training
BFA services are offered on either a fixed fee or time and materials basis, depending upon the project and the wishes of the client.  Fees are not based upon system budget or equipment cost, thus further ensuring our commitment to the  client’s needs.
